How we built 2025 World’s Greatest Chatbot

The holding pattern is clear for many decision makers on whether Generative AI and all the LLMs out there are “good enough” for their company. They are torn between the perception they will create to choose AI over employees and the opportunity to come across as early adopters and innovators. How about seizing the opportunity to train humans to stand behind good AI?

There is a urgent need to cut through the noise that makes so many people confused about what Generative AI Can do TODAY and what you hear and read about its short, mid and longer-term PROMISES and potential. The technology is evolving so fast in the public eye that it fuels exhilarating hope within leaders and decision makers even though it cannot yet be turned into strategy or tactics.

Even though AI is imperfect and flawed today and leads to errors and disappointments, a huge portion of its capabilities can be harnessed reliably to make great positive things happen for your enterprise. One of the realms that currently delivers on its potential is Agentic AI.

I truly believe companies have an opportunity to leverage what we saw really works today with LLMs, Data and API technology and get a killer conversational agent or a next-generation Chatbot working for you and your customers. I put together the DIY recipe of how we built our Award-winning Chatbot and I am making the blueprint available to you here:
